I was there almost a month ago, came when it was super quite...started to snow! Just after Thanksgiving. I loved the display of all their products and the abundance of Cakes, danishes, scones and bliss ball. Bryan ( hope spelled correctly☺) was the dearest to help me out to try and experience the taste of their beans at its best in finding for me the best coffee variation. Americano it was. Dash of Oatmilk Done and amaaaazing!! He embraced my compliments of taking the time for me and even let me try the batch brew first. The Peanutbutter blissball was yummy so the pumpkin loaf. As a pastry Chef from europe its all a bit on the sweet side......nonetheless, that is my taste and favourite, so i can't and shouldn't complain about the freshly made baked goods. coffee strong ,bold, chocolatty. Great! What i needed and hoped for! I return on my next visit.

Being a previous owner of a coffee shop and roastery I found this place to provide top quality coffee and service. They roast a coffee right in the shop so you know you're getting a fresh product. The atmosphere is eclectic and local. It made me feel like I was part of the community and I was just stopping by my normal coffee shop in the morning. We enjoyed conversation with the barista and the coffee was fantastic. If you're ever in the Kansas City area and you're looking for a great cup of coffee I would recommend headrush roasters.

Love this place!!! The people are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Unlike other places, they have a TON of sugar-free flavors. I got a latte with sugar-free Irish Cream and it was delicious!!! Also got a fresh croissant that was buttery and flakey like it is supposed to be. Yum! The last (and first) time I drove thru at Head Rush, they made a leaf design on the top of my latte that was so pretty! It was the first time I've ever had a fancy design on a latte. The barista made sure to show me before she put the lid on. She made me feel so special! I can't wait to go back. We need one of these places in Parkville!

Headrush is a gem! They have great coffee & their potato burrito was super good too. Staff was super friendly as well. Literally sat here for over an hour playing a game of scrabble with the kids. An owner (I think) even bought us some muffins while we played. Such a nice place & one we will frequent.

I came in to grab something quickly before moving on to work from home but the vibe was so excellent so I decided to stay for the afternoon and work here! Not too loud, lovely plants and art all around, great coffee, sweet baristas. I had an almond croissant the size of my FACE and one of the holiday-flavored drinks (vanilla coriander latte) and they were great. I also bought a couple ounces of loose-leaf tea at gifts for some friends. Will definitely be back to work/create.
