I was in a car accident and needed to rent a vehicle, which turned into a 3 ring circus with figuring out the insurance reservation...since my insurance made both a Hertz and Enterprise reservation. Progressive systems were not communicating well with the car rental companies, of course. Ronn, Star and Amanda all were so patient and helpful in this process that had already eaten into 2 days of my week. Having exceptional customer service in a difficult situation made my hard day a lot les taxing. They were also in the midst of dealing with several other issues and never once made me feel like a bother or an inconvenience!

2 week rental reservation, Mid SUV is Montana. Horrible, I arrive on a late flight. The counter was not occupied had to call wait 45 minutes for help. Reserved a mid size SUV for my stay. The attendant appologies for the wait says they are going to give me a free up grade. I say thank you, I'm tired, I just want to be out of the airport. The offered up grade is great. The attendant says you rental is in number 17 I say thanks and depart. Slot 17 has a dirty blue sedan, Subaru Legacy my mind is blown!!! I go back inside the person is gone. I now decide to get a room at the airport hotel to deal with the staying in the morning. Morning no one is scheduled to be at the desk until 1030 of course the phone is activated. Still nothing!! Current plan turn the can in, rent from other rental Agent.

Duff overheard that our car at another rental agency had been given away and we were literally stuck at the airport. He took care of us, honored their price (which current price was double) Duff helped make the start of our trip to Mt wonderful instead of a nightmare. We will forever be grateful. I highly recommend only using Hertz at this airport and never going through Costco/Alamo

This is a fantastic place to rent a car. I had some issues because I’m really particular and I went through four different cars before I got the one I took and they were wonderfully nice the entire time. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend very easy to deal with. Whoever was at the counter they should give her a raise.

Very dissapointed with the service recieved from Hertz at Glacier International Airport. They are independent from the Hertz franchise and are not accomadating. Was stuck at the airport for a couple hours because Hertz failed to comply with the customer's needs. They have their own policies that are minimally addressed until it matters the most, potentially messing up your trip. Not to mention, the two people at the front desk were very rude. Would not recommend you book with Hertz at this airport.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! Dirty car and no points and they charged the wrong card! We needed a car for a wedding trip. When we rented they were super nice, but they didn't tell us we would not get our points. We wanted to pay for the car and they wanted a credit card....okay, no problem. We asked if it was like a hotel, just to hold with no charges. The answer was yes. The next morning we were charged, plus another 300.00!! When we called they stated that they will refund us and charge another card. That was not okay. We agreed to terms and they didn't hold up their end. I used this location once for work and was treated poorly too. That time, I just thought it was my imagination from a long trip. I don't think so now. When you call Hertz, they cannot help you because this is a franchise location and not one of theirs!!DON'T USE THIS LOCATION!!

Called the Kalispell Hertz location about a jacket left in a vehicle. Spoke with an agent by the name of Valerie who was extremely rude. Stated "I will answer your questions if they are relevant" and "I will hang up on you". By the way - she did hang up on me and when I called back - she apologized that we were disconnected but I'm fairly certain she intentionally hung up on me. Have never in all of my years as a gold member been treated this way by a Hertz agent.
