Tried to use drive thru at 6:15 and nothing. Pulled up to look inside and a small closed sign. Saw an ad and everyrhing online says 24 hours. Its clearly not. Update hours and save people gas please.

The drive thru is no longer being used but no sigh indicating such. I sat there for several minutes waiting for service. A simple sign would be nice. Once I went inside the food was cold and of poor guality.

Worse Arby's I have ever been to I ordered a number 11 and 15 they remade the order twice told me it was fresh chicken and it just came out of the fryer yet it was so cold it wouldn't melt the cheese so I told the manager I wanted a refund and he kept half of what I spent. I will never again go back to this Arby's or the pilot it's located at the whole store needs to be let go especially the Manager

It was closed before the set closing time. Got there bout 5:40pm. It was already closed, cleaned and vacated. They must of closed way early to do all that be before 5:40pm and closing time is 6pm. So had to get a bag of chips at Pilot instead of food from Arby's.

Too long of a wait. Most of the time they did not even answer the drive thru so you had to park and walk in. Food was always missing .

They dont even deserve one star. Staff so rude and bring ur food from home truckers if u Staying for reset. Hours closes at 6 but they close at 4. Pathetic. Never ever coming here back

This is the state of a side salad I received. The reason no less than a 1 star is that I got excellent customer service from my cashier Erick but the rest of the staff stood around with ugly looks on their faces and doing nothing. Whoever's job, perhaps one of the shift leads staff with the ugly looks, it is to check the cooler and the appearance and freshness of their salads definitely needs a coaching moment on what is saleable and what IS NOT. Very disappointing meal. If I return, I will be sure to check my food first before leaving.
