Subway

This location has been going downhill steadily for the past year. The employees are constantly rotating (not sure if quitting or getting fired), but because of this, things are made wrong constantly. When a coworker has asked for a refund, they were told by an employee that there were only two employees in the store at the moment and it was the first day for both of them and they didn't know how to refund. If you order online, even though your orders prints out for them to read, they still get things wrong. Today, a coworker ordered a sandwich and the employee was brand new and was looking at the signs for how to make the requested sandwich and put the wrong meat on. When my coworker pointed this out, she was told she was wrong. The employees were very confused and weren't listening to the customers and I can't believe I have to get that stressed out while ordering a sandwich. At least one person in my office goes there at least once a week, but they will not be getting our business any longer.

Did made me sick. Not sure if the chicken was bad or they did not do what they said when u advised I was allergic to cheese and they needed to be careful not to expose any of my food to it (like with the knife or serving utensils, gloves, etc. ). Girl had an attitude when I told her that she needed a clean knife on the bread. She said"i only use it on bread" and I had to point out to her that some of their bread has cheese in it. She stormed off into the back room trying to make me feel badly because I have to be careful. Never been treated so badly.

First time coming into this location and first when i walked it i was greeted right away which is always good, but the young man with the braids was very helpful cause i wanted to try something new instead of the same old thing i get. He was very nice and cracked a joke. He made some really good suggestions i ended up having the new tuna melt which at first kind of meh about but when i ate it, it was really good. Overall good service and good food. would come back

For the most part the sandwiches were fine, and the staff was quick and efficient, but two of the veggies were low, and instead of getting more, they pulled out the little tray that keeps the veggies out of the water in the bottom, and fished out the veggies that had slipped in there and had been soaking in that water. Soggy vegetables kinda break the sandwiches 😞
