Arby's

I just had the best experience at this Arby’s! What a great team they have behind the counter serving with incredible attitudes. Bonus: my food was ready so fast I didn’t believe it was my order. Sincerely, keep up the good work. This is the closest Arby’s to me and I’ll only pick up from here now 👍🏻

Went to the drive thru, no in store service, waited 10 minutes to get through. Ordered a French Dip and Swiss, got that new cheesesteak. Couldnt go back because I was already running late getting back to work to eat. Couldnt eat it after all because of the onions and peppers in it that mess with my stomach.

Placed an online order. Iy said go inside and pick up your food but door was locked so I went to the drive-thru. Waited for a long time people were pulling up saying why you waiting so long? There was 5 cars behind me and they ALL lef! I asked why I was taking so long? They said they hadn't received the order. The order didn't come in till a half hour after I placed it? Then I had to wait for my food they said they only had 1 cook. From the time I placed my order to the time I got my food was 45 minutes. When I got home I realized that they had put onions and tomatoes which I ordered without and I'm allergic to. When I called them they asked me if I wanted to come back and I said no because I had waited too long and I was hungry and then they put the manager on and he didn't seem to think it was a problem and he also wanted me to come back but I didn't want to come back that day and then he hung up on me!?

Never seen a drive thru lady actually count to 3 minutes before taking our order. Did the same thing to the previous car. Actually got to the point where the car behind me was honking. And the last thing I need is a hungry nerd with a riced up Honda Civic hangry at me. The naughty grin from the drive thru lady was a nice touch.
