Tried to order online and I guess the order didn't go through. So they said it would be a 20 minute wait, but I ended up standing in a packed bar for an hour. I get that they were busy, but could have just been honest about the wait and I would have done something else instead. Once I finally got my order, I got to the car and realized I was missing part of my order. So then I had to wait longer for the full order.

It’s starting with calling in and the phone being picked up and said on the counter. Attempted to get somebody’s attention after several times I hung up the phone. I tryed to call back several times over the next 10 minutes and the phone remained off the hook. And then ordered online. It takes you to a different website where are the specials that are advertised on their website are available on the online order website. When I brought these issues to the attention of the person on duty I was apologize to whoever made to feel like I was wrong. I told her that the phone was picked up and sat on the counter. Said that they were busy making pizzas and probably did not have the time to take the order. If that is the case and they should not of picked up the phone. And then pointed out that the website did not have the specials on it. Again I was apologize to but not offered anything outside an apology. I think this is a bad way to run a business. However the pizza was good.

We've been getting take out quite often and really like everything we get. Food has been really good and even stays hot on the commute home to eat. We did have a mix up one visit, but that was taken care of, and food was still just as good. The only thing I would say, put something inside the pizza boxes to avoid the pizza sticking and soaking into the cardboard. We have only done take out, so I can only speak for that service and food. Always greeted when I walk in and our food is always ready the time we are told. Definitely, like the pizza specials as well.
