Tim Hortons

I live in the US but a friend of mine was visiting this Tim Hortons location with her family on vacation; being that she knows I'm such a big fan of Tim's she bought me the Biebs Brew Tumbler which I've been enjoying my coffee out of; added it to the collection. Plus, that limited edition tumbler isn't available in the US Tim's. Tim's coffee's, delicious and all the donut varieties. If I vacation in Canada I'll be sure to stop into this Tim Hortons. The location style looks gorgeous.

The food and ambiance of the establishment was good. However, I wish I could say the same about the customer service. The staff’s interpersonal skills were horrible; kept rushing us, cutting us off and condescending with their attitude. I am aware that it was rush hour, but that doesn’t mean you need to be rude. It doesn’t take a lot to be polite and kind. I hope they take this review as positive criticism and better their hospitality skills.

Philipino lady named Anne behaved really rude with me and my friend, no hello or hi, didn’t even respond to when asked, how’s she doing and went on to take our order like she’s really want us to go away. It could be understandable if there was rush or anything, since I work in restaurant too, and know sometimes such a thing could unintentionally occur during rush. But this was straight up unacceptable, given there was no rush. Nd on top of that, she made our coffee wrong. So zero for the service and zero for the food. Wont visit this place ever.
