Kfc

I went through the drive-thru and it was a very pleasant experience. The lady that took my order did not rush me, which is very nice. Many other fast food places are too worried about their window times and try to rush customers. This was not the case here. It has been a while since I have really looked at the menu. Most of the time, I just order the same thing. Today, I just wanted something different. And just being able to go to the drive-thru and look at the menu without the added anxiety of being rush was very nice. This does not mean the service was slow. Once I placed my order, the service was fast and CORRECT. Thank you KFC of Kimball.

Stopped here on my way back to Chattanooga I ordered a chicken sandwich and some mashed potatoes and a drink. Sipped on my drink on the way home and the mix was perfect. Keep in mind my air was on in my car the whole trip. Somehow my food was still warm when I pulled in my driveway. I am amazed. This was a 35 minute drive. I swear I can't get hot food anywhere in my home town and drive 10 minutes home and have it be even luke warm. Food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

My paint crew gets lunch at this kfc every single day and never had any issues, today an older woman was working the drive through (race doesn’t matter) and was literally vicious. Wrong order twice, but apparently it was our fault because we didn’t specify everything was on one ticket. Told us we weren’t allowed to order a large fry, and pretty much threw our food at us. Y’all lost a lot of money, we’re never coming back.

I absolutely love KFC, even if I get the same thing every time. Today though, made me love it more. I did my normal order, but when I went and pulled to the window, I decided to add a 2nd of the same order. The guy at the window jokingly said no, and I mean, this guy said it like the way keanue reeves said, "No. You're breath taking!" Kind of way. He even gave me an extra cookie because he said the biggest difference between the combo and original is the added cookie and drink. I guess it's more of a rant on the employee, anyways he made my day. Sorry I csnt remember his name.
