First time there. Dante at the front made it feel like I was a regular. As a customer I was expecting decent customer service and decent delivery time and I got so much more. Atmosphere was clean and everyone seemed cool! Thanks y’all!

I live in Brooksville, Florida and used to drive truck over road and so in Texas I was able to hit whataburger allot . however not driving cross country for several years leaves me at a loss for my favorite burger because they only have whataburgers in North Florida 😢 so when I was traveling back from South Carolina I made sure to take a slight detour to get me a double whataburger with cheese of course 😉 and I got a few more for my son grandson and daughter in law and another for me to enjoy at home while there the manager was telling me in a year they may have one in Orlando, Florida . boy I hope this is true . anyway from my rating you can see we all enjoyed our burgers .

The rewards system is great. I highly recommend you download the app and scan it every time you go to get points because you will also get random free coupons.
I had a coupon for a free Patty Melt Meal. The patty melt was awesome. I like my burgers well done and they put it on the order and cooked it great without any complaining like some places will do when u ask for well done.

My favorite burger joint. 🍔 I stop at this location every time I go to Jacksonville and the only thing I can say is that they need to upsell at the register. I definitely would have added cheese to my burger, because it gives it an even better flavor if I would have been asked yo add cheese. Other than that, I love this place

The food was excellent! Haven't had whataburger since Texas and it was hot, fresh and amazing. The lady at the register seems like she hates her job 😆, a little rude but overall it was nice.

Excellent employees! Hard-working and friendly. Very clean inside dining and efficient. Food is always made to order and consistent. Solid drive thru also!

So far, every Whataburger location's service I've experienced so far has been good. And to make things even better, I personally enjoy their food as well. Their fries are close to being as good as McDonald's, and their Burgers beat Burger King. I am a little mad about their DP shake being removed. That was the bomb.

We just ordered and when we turned the corner our food was ready. They didn’t mess up on anything and the staff was so kind! I’d recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to try something new.

First time at Whataburger. Wasn’t sure what to order so I asked Mallory the young lady behind the counter. She suggested the sweet and spicy bacon burger. I went with a large meal I took my order number to the cleanest table. There were several several dirty ones a few minutes later, a young gentleman approached me with a tray of my food and a tray of sauces. He was miserable. Obviously having a bad day I hope his day got better, the burger was absolutely delicious. I’m so glad I went with Malory‘s suggestion. The fries were thin very close to McDonald’s. I prefer thicker fries the drink was absolutely huge. Can’t wait to go to another Whataburger.

Dante is the best I have ever experienced at ANY fast food establishment. Dante made a recommendation for me (melt & banana pudding shake) I was please with. This was my first time at Whataburger. The Restaurant is very clean and neat. Thank you Dante, for such an amazing experience. I literally been telling everyone how amazing the experience was.
