I just had the worst customer service experience at McDonald’s in a long time!!! They didn’t prepare my coffee I ordered correctly. The manager looked to be under the influence and refused to make my coffee correctly. He had a white powdery substance in his nostrils. I will NEVER I mean NEVER come to this location again. I threw everything away. On my way to Chick-fil-A 😡🤬

This place always has their orders correct and the nicest employees ever. They are so very sweet
And orderly and always pays close attention to the customer in front of them and that they are satisfied. And ya know what ? Their ice cream machine works 90 percent of the time the other ten is when they are truly cleaning it

Can hardly ever get a fresh burger. When I ask for it to be cooked to order with lots of extra onions. It never EVER happens. Always get a lukewarm at best double cheese burger. Giving up on McDonald's for awhile now unfortunately

Good food, terrible service, out of salt, and ordered items incorrect. Another customer who used the drive thru came inside to complain about similar issues.
Several other good restaurants are nearby. My recommendation is to choose one of those. With me being rated as a Top Ten American restaurant reviewer for Google Maps, you can count my findings; however, management often changes and the restaurant may improve.

Ordered a medium frappe and it wasn’t even full... it only had the same amount of liquid in it as a small... also they didn’t give us salsa

There wasn't any toilet paper AT all in the Men's room. The urinal had the wrong deposit in it. With all the excuses about the Truck hadn't been there the floors were greasy. I don't mean film but mean you could see your foot prints. If I still own either of my stores ( 3in Missouri) heads would had roll. Paper is one thing but the cleaning is StiLL to be done.

Yesterday June 28th Tuesday Morning about 7:30~8:00 a.m.,....We were told the Morning Staff quit and they weren't opened yet....Jackson needs to do better...every time I go, my order is never right....We went to Ingles for Breakfast.

Very slow. Always takes 30 plus min for a free simple hamburgers. Long lines, and poor customer service
