Mcdonald's

My wife and I placed mobile orders, and the system acted up. No problem, though, these guys were helpful. I was a bit terse at first, but after realizing I was being that way, I appologized. I talked with the supervisor, Jason, who explained everything going on with the system and how it wasn't even a worry that I had ordered breakfast so close to 10:30 AM. They served it all day! Jason was very kind and didn't treat me any differently, even though I had been terse. This place has kind and respectful employees and leadership. Jason and those working today are PROOF. All of those that interacted with me today are evidence of a well run McDonald's. Others looking to get a meal here should know - it will be a good experience! No one listens in the drive thru, they got my order wrong multiple times. I get to the window and there is a manager. He said me order back to me so fast I couldn't understand him. When I asked him to repeat what he said, I got a huff and eye roll, then my order at the same speed. Just paid it because I hate dealing with man children. My order..... Wrong and cold. Decided to just leave and eat what I got. I asked for extra cheese and mac sauce on my no bun big Mac........ No extra cheese, the smallest amount of mac sauce I've ever seen. Decided to turn around and get what I paid for since I got charged for it. Took them minutes, even though I was the only person in the store (covid). Hate this McDonald's. They are always like this.
