If you want quality food and quality customer service DO NOT order food from here. These people are lazy and just do not care about the food they prepare or the customer. If you want pizza PLEASE consider other options. I'm saving you time, frustration, wasted money if they even accept your order and waiting to get it back once they cancel when you use a card. Just go elsewhere please...

I never recived my order it was sent to another address. I called the location several times no one answered. I went to the location for a refund but was told I could not do so. Also, I called the number they recalled giving to a door dash driver and I called this person, and no answer as well. So I called corporate for a refund and I never got my food and went to bed hungry.

This is the worst food experience I have EVER had at a Pizza Hut. I arrived at the appointed time and parked at pick up window for over 6 minutes. I was NOT acknowledged. I left and returned 20 minutes later. I was told by the person at yhe window that orders were backed up. I informed that person that if the order is not ready, then i do not want it. The person took my credit card and returned 5 minutes later. He did not open the box to allow me to check the food. I opened the boxes and was horrified. BOTH pizzas were over cooked and burned. The worker stated the is due was with the stove. Please tell me why i have to pay for and accept burned pizza because your company has a worn out stove?

Horrible customer service. Waited 3 hours for an order that I never received!! I called store manager and she said it was out for delivery. Because I got a text an hour ago saying that it was. I live 5mins away and she said yes but I never received it. I’m currently waiting on a refund . No one called or anything to follow up just horrible first and last time I will ever order from here

Probably the most under staffed Pizza Hut I’ve ever seen. Average delivery times are around 3 hours. Ordered at 5 and the app said my food would be there by 9. I live very close to the store so I thought I’d go up there instead, just to wait in the parking lot for an additional 30 minutes to make a medium pizza. Oh and still got charged the delivery fee but I wasn’t about to wait another 30 just to get that back.
