Mcdonald's

Ordered at 10:53p. Was told that I never paid, which I paid in cash and was told that I needed to show my receipt. Was then told to pull up and 15 min later was given food. I asked why it took 15 mins and was told because they understaffed. I completely understand that but I want communication letting me know it’s going to be a bit. I was the only car in the line. Girl then proceeds to say she was the GM at Raymond Sonic and that I drive a small car yet I’m fat. I hope she’s not a manager, but I will be contacting whomever I need to so I can share my HORRIBLE experience.

So I went to McDonalds on clinton Blvd to order my child some to eat. So I ask the young lady can I get a frozen coke ...the lil b***ch hollered at me talking about the dining area is closed like I didn't know that. I said c come your attitude down before I come in there and tell you about yourself The employees was a lil nervous cause they didn't give me a name.i mean y'all she hollered at me like I was one of her b***he's or something. And i gave y'all a 1 star. All because she wasn't treating me right tonight.

I’ve been there multiple times these past few weeks. Once I ordered fries with my order and waited and instead of letting me know they just brought some cookies out instead of informing me the issues of the meal I purchased. They also start closing an hour earlier than they’re supposed to and stop cooking instead of making people food. They need to replace the staff who doesn’t want to do their job.
