The new crispy chicken sandwich has the KFC uniquely delicious taste and I will be getting it again. I have not been inside yet—only drive-thru. This restaurant is underrated in Russellville.

After getting the order wrong had to wait 15 minutes to correct and not even offered another drink or anything. And why is it in lower income neighborhoods you always get broken wings? Was it a chicken that tried to fly away to save its life? How long has it been broken? Is it infected chicken? How can KFC call it's company reputable while selling damaged goods?

I shouldn't have to fix, clean, and flush a toilet before I can even use it! I had to leave. I can not eat here. This is exactly how I saw it as I walked in.

Worst customer service experience. Went inside stood in line, nobody waited on me after standing there a lady from the back stated" I'll be with you in 5-10 minutes. Nobody to work the front. Horrible because I only wanted a drink. But, Wendy's down the street got one right to me.

Not sure if management changed. Over the years the few time I have visited this location the food was okay. Service industry employees want better wages,but must also raise their on personal standards and work ethic. This is not about entitlement.
The food I was sent home with couldn't have passed a health code inspection, much less corporate quality assurance standards .
People it doesn't matter what you do, it is the quality and pride for not just passable customer service center but outstanding service with attention to the details.
And yes corporate grievance line was contacted and photos transmitted....

This location is bringing the company down and the manager that is on duty is very horrible. The customer service is ridiculous and do not hold the torch of what KFC stands for.

Gave this location a 2 because of the fact, I purposely left my home early in order to get there before they closed. I arrived at 8:02pm and proceeded to the doors of the lobby and the young lady advised me that the lobby was closed and that would have to use the drive thrust. Mind you the drive thru was ridiculously packed and wanted to go into the lobby because I had problems with my order on another occasion at this location. I stay not even three miles from this location if that far. So I drove to the County line location since I was on my way to work. They're lobby was open. I would think the store hours would be more uniform being that is the same city.
