I love the Pollos Mario on Roosevelt between 86 and 87 Street. Such wonderful and helpful staff and the food is delicious. There is a reason this has been such a successful business. One of my favorite restaurants in NY

not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but for the love of jesus, why was my fried fried fish in need of flavor? it looked amazing -- sadly, it didn't taste amazing. the green sauce on the table, same thing: no salt! damnit. it is a dream to make it to JH just for the joy of colombian culinary goodness. once again, mario's (fried fish) failed to impress. and i love fish. 🙃

Wonderful place food was amazing with great portions extremely friendly staff drinks are fresh and yummy and they actually have real freshly squeezed orange juice lol I loved it 😋

Adorable restaurant with great food! Been visiting for years always the same. Today I ordered the shrimp in cream…shrimp was huge fresh and many! Price very affordable! Yesterday we celebrated my friend bday she choose to come here thank you Jeff for the service had amazing food wine and time there!!!

Only restaurant I know that you actually get what's on the picture. Always fresh, made to order, delicious. Been to several Pollos Mario location but this one has the best food. You get your money's worth. Huge plates, always end up taking food home. Everything in the menu is delicious. My favorite place in New York.

I'm a really foodie person so I try every single restaurant that my friends recommend to me, and Pollos Mario is one of those, really good food, portions are big, service is good if you are looking for something traditional and Colombian tastes this is the place .

I ordered a Churrasco and they dropped it off on a pipping hot skillet which I love. Haven't seen this in a while and it made me feel nostalgic. The taste and way it was cooked was excellent as well. I will be returning here. Rice was a little salty but it could be my pallet that's not used to that salt. Other than that the waitress was attentive, did her rounds, didn't bother much, a bit serious but all in all it was an enjoyable experience.
