Friendly's

OK I can't love this place more after today. Our waitress was very busy with customers but her smile and patience was a 10 plus. After receiving my order I was having personal food issues . My friends order was great. The cook peered around from the back and noticed I hadn't eaten any food. She immediately came out and said " you can not leave hungry and spoke with the manager who also was concerned and they swapped my lunch and everyone came to make sure I got to eat. They all pulled together and everyone was so kind to me I wanted to cry . I can't appreciate that team of caring individuals enough. And thank you chef west coast ...you get 5 stars from me.

Visiting from out of town, was cool to see this place is still around. we were apprehensive because of the negative reviews but the staff was great. It seemed pretty busy but they were friendly and surprisingly quick. We had the southwest pasta and the stir fry both were great, there were several other tables but it only took about 13 minuets for the food to be finished and it was great the stir fry wasn't too salty and had just enough of the pineapple. Our server was Mckayla and she was excellent, she said she was new and that it was just her, another server and the manager that evening. Great experience overall really happy we went

After placing our order (20 minutes ago) waitress just came back to table and let me know “we are all out of lobster items”. Brand new item on menu and they are out already AND took the waitress 20 minutes to inform me of this, unacceptable service. Triphammer road in ithaca ny is the location. On positive note the cook Tristan came out to the table and gave me options for food, was very professional of him to do that.

We live nearby so we walked to pick up our order. After standing in the snow for 20 additional mins after the orders’ pickup time，we get this piece of black meat that would go no where but the dumpster. There was only one lady cooking and she took an phone order which takes about 5 minutes when preparing our order. So again, that 5 minutes we were waiting in the snow. And we went there with two young children, they waited in the snow too. Thank you guys it was a great experience, never to forget.
