I was picking up an Ubereats order and I have my pitbull as my passenger... I dip out real quick to let the dog pee and in the meantime the most beautiful girl you ever saw in your entire life walks behind me and just shuts my car door.... Wait!!! my keys and phone are in there.... It locks!! . Long and short of it is, I want to send my deepest thanks to the staff there at Applebee's for helping me unlock my car with a series of MacGyver techniques.... But we got it unlocked!! and I went about my day just fine. But I want to send my deepest thanks to the employees and to the manager there, for his patience and professionalism.

The place was vary festive and the service was unlike any other wait time was nothing too. I am definitely coming back and would 110% recommend this place. Props to wes and Nicole of the service. Ps I liked the music

Edit: I have to redo this review after several very positive experiences more recently. They have totally turned their act around and now have some of the best service in town.
Original review (1 star): We waited seemingly forever for a host who never arrived to seat us. A walk around the nearly empty dining room revealed most tables covered in detritus of meals past. It was like a postapocalyptic scene. We have never rushed out of a restaurant so fast.

This location was in Ithaca NY having spent 3 days in Niagara Falls, Ithaca and Watkins Glen in NY just wanted Rest in our hotel room and placed a pick up order. The food was perfect the order was filled Exactly what else could you want? Oh the price was reasonable. For 5

Ordered take out. Food was ready 10 minutes early. Ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp it was slammin! Perfect last minute dinner spot.

Dropped in for a late dinner. Food was very good and the service was good. Attentive but not overbearing. Steak was cooked perfectly med rare which is hard to do

The food always taste good, made the right way. Never had any issues with the employees. The margaritas are great as well, always strong, thanks to the late night bartender. I recommend stopping in for some food and drinks if you're new to the area or never tried Applebee's.

My fiance and I came to eat a late lunch yesterday. I don't know if they got a new cook or what but it's the first time in I don't know when that my food was perfect. My sirloin was cooked just as I asked, my green beans were warm along with my garlic mash potatoes. My fiances meal was great as well... Our server was very on point as well... Atmosphere was nice too...
