Best jerk pork and curry goat spot. I eat out 2-3 times weekly due to the demands of my life. I support them weekly. With my crazy shift, I can go to Bones at 7 am and pick up lunch meals and breakfast. Really a staple for the working class and middle class in Newark and surrounding communities. Plus as law enforcement, I feel like that spot is safer in and out and fast service too.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant maybe 3-4 times on Uber Eats. So far I’ve tried their jerk chicken and their stew chicken. The chicken is always tender and flavorful. Their veggies and rice are also well cooked and not too dry or hard. I look forward to trying their oxtails and curry chicken eventually.

Was looking for authentic food and I found it! Bones Kitchen food is very tasty and delicious. If I were to rate just the food taste, it would be 5/5. The lady behind the counter is an angel. she is very nice and attentive. Their soups are amazing! this visit i wanted to try out something else and went for the oxtail. It was so tender and well cooked. the flavors is what sets it all apart. The place seems very clean and somewhere I can definitely eat again. instead of eating overly processed food. come and try out some home style cooking that will have you coming back again and again. 4/5 - there are certain elements to a restaurants missing. again if this review was for the food, i would give it 5/5.
