White Castle

If I could have given zero stars I would have. I don't understand why it takes so long to order. I have been to this White Castle 2 times in the last 2 weeks and both times the wait was horrible. The first time was late night after 2 am so I knew I would have along wait because it was a least 6 or 7 car ahead of me. I'm gonna say I was in line for at least a hour 20 minutes or more. The most recent time was still early around dinner time bout 6ish. My 5 ye old son loves the fish nibbles and when he say the White Castle sign that's what he told me he wanted, he's a very picky eater so when he says what he wants I get it. That's why I stayed in line for more than a hour to order and get my food. There has never been a time that I've come to this place and hot in and out. Idk what's goin on but please do something about this. It's ridiculous!!!!!

Omg! The food was great.... It's been 17 years since i had a white castle... Price is changed but taste the same .... The light skin lady who made the food was nice and so were the young ladies who takes the order made the shakes and gave me water... Well if you wonder why the 1 star... One big lady behind the counter I am assuming was the manager yelled loudly "take the drink out to the car" several times in front of me at the drive through cashier... The girl face went pink instantly... She was so embarrassed, mortified I also cursed at the dam lady... But i know she might retaliate by firing the girl. I kept my mouth shot... Please she needs to know that the cashiers being nice to the customers is the reason white castle been in business for all these years...
