My order: 8Pc Extra Crispy Family meal w/ Mashed Potatoes and Corn, and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich What I received: 8 soggy pieces of chicken that were overcooked, mashed potatoes so extremely bland, and a chicken sandwich that I suspect was made yesterday b/c the bun was hard, the chicken was VERY dark like it was fried twice, chicken was soggy (seriously not a single crispy piece of skin) especially near the pickles, and hardly any spicy sauce. Attached is what my bucket looked like and the chicken sandwich after a bite when they realized how awful it was. For a Saturday night where you expect a bunch of customers, I can't believe they're sending out old food. I will NOT be returning to this location and be avoiding KFC stores in general if this is acceptable at any of their locations. Disgusting.

Very poor service, what happen with KFC keeping up their high standards. I am Hispanic , but speak no Spanish ,. Nothing but non speaking Hispanic women working there that get orders wrong,. This has been a complaint for the past 3 years, thought I give them a try, nothing has changed. No where to complain too, KFC don't care and manager does not care. Place needs to be cleaned, the area outside and inside is dirty, lawn , trash all over. Send General manager to observe, they write the checks from corporate.

3 times to this location and disappointed all 3 times it seem like the workers at the story rd location couldn’t care at all about the quality of food they are serving today the chicken was cold and dry I could gotten more Moisture from sawdust I think they used an eye dropper to put the small amount of gravy on the mashed potatoes 4 piece meal was $12 and some change should have went to churches or Popeyes it would have been cheaper and better tasting am extremely disappointed and that will be the last time I go to that location
