Hyderabad Dum Biryani is want I personally liked at this place. But I was deeply disappointed by their chicken mandi. Full mandi priced at $24.99 and said to serve for two. The mandi rice is too oily, in sufficient rice for two, rubber like chicken breast. There is no option to order extra mandi just in case. A very average ambiance and below average service.

It's an old and good biryani restaurant but they have some serious problems. This shop is 1hr away from my location even then just for the taste I try to visit again and again 1. They don't answer your call/give a call back.👎 2. They took my order but gave it to someother customer and when I arrive they says they don't have any more goat biryani or any of the goat items, seriously!!!! I have ordered and drove for so long just to hear this.👎 3. Increased the price of biryani from 55$ tray to 70(after tax) and they used to give 65 on the trays but they stopped it. This place is going to go down real quickly if they won't fix this issues. They call this below dish called chicken dum biryani The counter lady is worst. Don't understand why they are not changing her. If you ask her name she give a wrong name. I am not going to visit this location again.

Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani is authentic. Loved it when I ordered first time. Was Disappointed second time. Second time,Taste was bit off and more oily, no half boiled egg, chicken was bit burnt. Wonder how they can be so inconsistent with quality and service. How can they miss Egg? They should have compensated with something else... or just state it... or apologised for unavailability... Chicken 65 was bit dry... not juicy... try somewhere else ... Conclusion : I rate Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani to be more authentic in Whole of Irving,TX till date. Tip: Order to pickup before 6:30 PM... not later than that.

I went there to get chicken biryani today. I must say the lady at the front had the worst customer service. She was on her phone the whole time and was not so welcoming at all. Her tone and attitude was rude as well. Even if the food wasn’t bad, I probably will never return because of their poor customer service. I would ask the owner to carefully choose who works at the front and get rid of employees like her who is making a bad impression for the whole business.
