Sonic Drive-in

If I could leave 0* I would , I’ve given this location multiple chances in hopes they would get better, I once went up to this location for just drinks and it took an hour just to get them and since I already paid I couldn’t just cancel. 3 other times including this time where I just left about 8 minutes ago, I got route 44s and the cup is 75% ice, so it’s nice that I’m paying 3 dollars for a cup of ice . The next time I went I opted in and decide I’ll just get no ice, and still get the extra cherries and cherry flavoring, apparently have 2 cherries and an excess amount of the stems of the cherries is what they consider extra. I always got the cherry limeade but this location NEVER seems to be able to make it the correct way, there’s always an off taste to it, so instead opted to try the lemonade and add in cherry flavoring, I instead , still got a cherry limeade.

I am soooo disappointed in the food served this visit(9/21) between 6 and 7pm! 😞 Out of the many years I've patronized Sonics I have never experienced this type of service. The food was horrible! I know they knew the tator tots were not fresh. They tasted like they dropped them in old grease! The bag was so greasy!!!! SEE PICS. When I called the store back the phone just goes right to voicemail where the recording says the vm is full!!! Who is/are the managers or GM of this location? You need to check your store out...you guys are not providing quality food\service. Seriously it's bad. I've been going to Sonics since I was child. You could always depend on getting good food and good service. What happened to the original SONICS?!!!! WE NEED YOU BACK...A REVAMP!!!

I went after 10p. Apparently they turned their ice cream machine off. None the less, I had to eat. I got the #1 tots and strawberry lemonade. They forgot the strawberry. When I asked the carhop was super nice and promptly brought out the strawberry mixture. It was delicious. Late night, fast food, 4 stars for the nice staff. :)

HORRIBLE service. I’ve given this location plenty of times but I have yet again been disappointed. A couple days ago I was waiting 30 minutes just for them to take my order. But they proceeded to bring out other peoples mobile orders that arrived after I did. When the screen finally said my order was on its way, it took about 10 minutes after that to finally come out. (They were just 2 basic slushes). Despite the horrible service I proceeded to try this location once again since it is the closest to my home. I this time decided to do a mobile order since last time I saw those orders would come out fast for the other customers that did it. Waited 25-30 minutes once again. Finally the screen said it was on the way, no one came out but you can obviously see the 3 ladies inside laughing and joking around. It wasn’t for one of the ladies that came out to give an order to the car next to us (who arrived after I did btw) that we had to get her attention and she proceeded to say “oh yes they’re making them since it’s about 4-5 shakes”. I ordered only 2 shakes and when told that the worker seemed very confused. Proceeded to wait another 5-10 minutes for someone to finally bring them out. I have never had a problem with the other sonic locations, but this one is just not it.

I ordered over an hour ago, still waiting. I push the button to try to cancel my order about 20 minutes ago no answer to the button is still flashing. I know I should just leave but at this point I'm not going to give them the satisfaction. Either staff your stores or close them. Update: I left without my food after an hour and a half.

Horrible. Horrible. Service was the worst, I asked for a strawberry slush and they gave me something that tasted nothing to what I ordered then, there excuse was that there machine was was dispensing all the drinks in color orange , I guess in taste too because my drink didn't taste nothing like strawberries. Who ever, came and took care of me was super rude. All employees are super rude. You ask for a question and its like if they don't want to do their job. Never again coming to this location.

I've historically avoided sonic restaurants because the handful of times I've been to one the service has not been great the food has been sub-par, and the prices are too expensive for what you get. Tonight however I really wanted a shake. I drove to the location closest to me, and they were closed over an hour before their listed close time, on a Saturday night, no big deal I'll just go to the next closest one, which is this establishment. When I got there I couldn't even really tell if they were open bc most of the lights were off, but there were plenty of cars there ordering food so I gave it a try. I had to wait about 8 minutes from the time I pushed the red button before I pushed the button again which is when somebody answered, which is excessive enough in itself. When somebody did come on the com I tried to order a brownie batter master shake, to which the kid replied, "we don't sell those any more" as I was looking at the ad for it on the screen, and only went to sonic bc they were advertising it on their website as a "featured item." So yea, they told me that they don't sell the product that they're advertising as I'm looking at the ad for this product on their own screen in front of me. That's fine though, by the looks of it they probably would've done a terrible job anyway, and that's if they even managed to get me my order within the hour. Thanks for reminding me why I don't go to sonic. I really don't understand how any of these locations stay in business.
