Smashburger

I have been here several times, and The Cut never disappoints. Very friendly staff. There are always some great deals for Happy Hour. The burgers are fresh and tasty. The sides are generous in portion size and reasonably priced. I'm always surprised this place isn't more busy, but that might be because we miss the busy rush. Delicious food all around, I recommend the garlic fries and Mac n' cheese!

Tasty but excessive. The Cut burger is 38 dollars. I personally believe a good burger is about 20bucks and after that you're getting diminishing returns on the experience (everything else is fluff) Pretty disappointed to see that is the case with the Cut burger. It's good. But it ain't 38 dollars good. Grinding ribeye into a patty does not improve a burger experience much. Menu items like this can sabotage repeat customers "wow what a overpriced product, and it wasn't that good, I will not come back." Stick to the other cheaper burgers, and you will still have a good experience. The meat is juicy and the bun is soft and crunchy. Onion rings are very crunchy too. Will have to come back again for a more balanced experience.

Staying close to here for vacation. Found this place on Google and when I say the poutine fries are the best I’ve ever had my entire life I never leave reviews on things so for me to take time out of my day to tell somebody about my food means something at least coming for me lol so if you’re in the neighborhood and you like a really good burger, that’s the size of both of your hands that was clearly made with love. This is the place to go.

This spot is the go to for a nice, slightly expensive, meat heavy meal. The meat is rich and flavourful. Like you know that cow was a happy one while it was around. And now you’re a happy camper with that burger for whichever meal you stopped by for. The Ruben is also solid. They have some really unique burgers with bananas one, which tastes pretty darn good not gonna lie. 10/10 recommend this spot. Also their desserts are lit too.

The burger umami was on point and makes the "cut" when you bite into it. Ordered their smash burger and brie burger. Both were gone within a few seconds as to how tasty they were. Service was on point and the side of shishito peppers was delightful. Definitely come during happy hour to get their smash burgers as they're well presented for sure.

Amazing staff, good beef and chicken burgers. I ordered Nashville hot chicken, sweet heat cutlet, the Colombian and the original burger. The taste was good overall, but not so special. The main con here is the portion size to the price, it’s a bit expensive. Also it does not come with fries and you have to pay for the sauces.

I got the double Nashville chicken and a brisket sandwich. Do yourself and don't get the double because although it looks amazing, having double breast meat ruins the ratio of bread to meat/sauce. Flavor is good and fairly hot, but not worse than most people can handle. The brisket is super tasty, but I wish they seared the meat before braising. It needs that added flavor and texture, though it t is still good, overall. Nice ambiance. Good service. Lots of outdoor seating. Recommend!
