Cha For Tea

We have been coming to Cha For Tea For years. Not only are their drinks delicious, but so is their food! They have good boba here too. Some places the boba isn't good,but here it's delicious. And if you don't like your drinks too sweet just tell them to adjust the sweetness. The employees are always nice too so that's a plus!

Service is as fast as it can be for the crazy UTC center. The place is a vibe, overall nostalgic if you went to school in the area, this was THE spot to hang out at. Their mango boba, royal milk, and almond milk tea are all delicious and I get these consistently on rotation. I get everything half sweet since I'm not a fan of how sweet these drinks are, but their boba is always warm and fresh. The drinks are refreshing and don't dissapoint, the milk tea served hot is even delicious. Their popcorn chicken is a nice spicy with some tangy dipping sauce and I def recommend it for those with moderate heat tolerance...😅

One star is taken off because the cashier talks really fast, and her words blend together.. then she acts annoyed that she has to repeat herself. The ordering experience could be better. However, the asian guy with the bleached hair is in the back DOING WORKKK. He's quick, focused, and hard working. My order came out so fast. Food and drink were good. I used to come here when I was in college all the time, still just as good.

I came here two times and I really enjoy the almond black milk tea with boba. The staff makes the drinks well. It’s a little bit sweet for me but I always adjust the sweetness to my liking. The waiting line can be long due to the students coming from UCI to get food, however, the staff are very efficient with taking orders and the drinks come out fast.

Cha is one of my go-to places where I know I will have high-quality tea, great taste and great price. One thing that differentiates this store from others is their variety flavors and their ability to adjust your drink. They offer milk substitutes for your milk tea, as well as sweetness and ice adjustments. There’s limited seating inside but there’s usually plenty of room outside in the common areas. I highly recommend the chicken crispy chicken and tea combo. You can choose 3 sides from: salad, corn, rice or noodles. Your tea option is a bit limited but worth the price!

I’ve been coming here since I was an infant. So for about 17+ years. 100% not joking, this place has the best drinks, food and service ever. Their drinks taste like real tea and are not powdery and watered down milk teas like other boba tea places I’ve been to in my lifetime. And I’ve been to a bunch. I’M JUST SAYING I LIKED BOBA BEFORE IT BECAME MORE POPULAR AND TRENDY YO. The quality has always been amazing since I was a little girl coming here with my mom. I’m one year to adulthood and my love for this place has never changed. Alan is a great dude and I remember seeing him all the time when I was little. Nowadays though, I walk in and pick up the drinks for my mom and I, and one time they drew me PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM ON MY DRINK. 100/10 I definitely recommend this place if you want high quality, affordable as well as delicious boba tea from friendly and hard-working employees.
