Arby's

Went to the new arbys on crestwood. The girl was behind the dumpster. There were 1 car in front of us. It took them 8 minutes to take there order. Another 7 minutes for our order it was 936p the girl was very dry and rude every thing we order they were out off. Very bad experience will not be going back there. The night crew socks

I went inside to place my order which was for my whole family. The lady at the counter was very friendly and the manager watched over the process to make sure I got everything I ordered. I do appreciate the friendly service and the food was delicious too - and a bargain. Going back this week to Arby's when the grands come over for dinner.

I just had a horrible experience at this particular Arby’s. The woman who was working the drive thru (Erica) was very rude. We asked if we could add two fries to our order and was told, and I quote, “The line’s too long.” I contacted the manager, but it was like talking to Humpty Dumpty. Btw, the sandwiches were so dry that I swear they had put hay in them. My advice? Stay the hell away from this Arby’s!!!

I give two stars because of the food that I received I ordered the chicken ranch avocado wrap it was awful my bread was so soggy I could not even eat it I had no avocados on my wrap but the cashier was very very nice you guys have to work on that wrap if I order something with avocados I expect to see avocados not a sloppy mess I had to pick through and just eat the chicken and my lettuce was Brown it was awful and that's just part of it I had to remove the other part and food is too expensive to be wasting so you have to get people order right
