Worst services.<br/><br/>Not understanding of responsibility. <br/><br/>Careless people.<br/><br/>I had ordered a cake for my baby's 1st birthday. When I ordered, I told him to a delivered cake at 5 PM but the employee of Devs bakery insists me and give surety we'll bake cake afternoon and provide you fresh cake at 7:00 PM but you don't come before 7 PM and taken advance money Rs 1000 of cake. Next day I reached 7 PM there's no cake available, they forget to bake a cake. and at the last moment, they said "sorry sir we forgot to bake your order/cake". They spoiled my baby's birthday party.

I did not get to visit the store personally but ordered a cake online and then called the store manager at DEV's cake to add a Bouquet to my order. They do not stock bouquets but on a special request he agreed to make arrangements for one and sent it out to the address I was sending the cake to. The cake and bouquet were for someone special and the effort was a little last minute and I was trying to do all of this from a different city which would have definitely made it difficult to accomplish if Dev's cake would not have obliged to arrange for that Bouquet. KUDOS guys. Just keep up the good work.<br/>PS: I paid for the cake through Zomato and the Bouquet through G-Pay.

Ordered pastry 🥮 which was too bad in taste. It was a little hard also.<br/><br/>I think it was 1 day old...if u want fresh pastry then better to order from some other place.<br/><br/>Not at all happy with this place
