This subway helped me tremendously after having a horrendous experience at the one off of Monroe (if you'd like to know read that review). The two employees pointed me in the right direction for filing a complaint...I head over to the nearest subway to see if they could help me reaching out to district or regional managers. They provide me with the information they do have, such as leaving this review here. When I explain the gist of the situation and ask if they would have the ability to do both a refund and substitute sandwich in the scenario that occured at the other subway, she says yes (I ask this question twice to assure I heard right). This location goes so far to offer a sandwich with ciabatta bread on the house for my trouble from ANOTHER subway. Outstanding customer service!!!
