Wonderful place of business! Everyone here is polite and friendly. They worked really fast and got my huge order in record time. Food was flavorful and delicious. I recommend everyone to go to this location

Today is the last day I will go to this burger king. Worst customer service on multiple occasions and they never get our order right. Went in the other day and stood upfront being ignored by customers for idk how long while they was in the back listening to music. Simple stuff like no cheese on my bacon burger.they give me cheese and no bacon🤦how are you that unfocused. I asked for a large hash brown and get a small.🤦 Simple mistakes that shouldn't even happen.

Went through drive thru. Was pretty slow but there’s only 2 people working. Lady at the window was super nice and apologetic. Best hash browns I’ve had from Burger King in a long time!

Terrible service. They don't even deserve 1 star. The service is slow. The employees were cursing. The food runner doesn't know whose food is what. I waited for 10 minutes for my food, only for the food to be sitting there getting cold because the food runner thought the food was a man in the dining area that had his food already. I ordered a Whopper with Cheese and there was no cheese. As I was leaving, an employee had a joint in her mouth in the dining area.

Amazing staff there I came through on my bike and couldn't find my bank card I got a bacon cheeseburger off dollar menus and the sweet manager payed it for me and they are always pleasant at the window. It puts my faith back in fast food employees I'm greatful for the kindness and smiles..

If you close at Midnight, at least ACKNOWLEDGE the people that go through the drive thru that are SITTING THERE unaware that you have closed early. Signage and maybe shutting off the lights or partially would be a big help. I arrived a couple minutes after 10pm. I sat in the drive thru tonight for a few minutes before I decided to verbally ask if they were closed. A disgruntled and obviously inconvenienced employee said "yeah we closed". There are quite some terrible reviews about this place and it doesn't surprise me. Closing two whole hours before designated is ridiculous, and it's not an "understaffed" issue. The staff here has always seemed like they get to do as they please. Worst burger king in Indy.

Terrible place to eat anytime I go here the service gets worse and worse. People standing around listening to music not even acknowledging that they see you when they do help you they are rude don't get your order right and give you the wrong food.

Rachetness at its finest...they mad cause you came...eyes rolling long nails and fake eyelashes...big time attitudes...no ice in pop machines....ordered whopper, the bread and Obama was the same age...and the most strangest thing they would sit and stare at you than take yo order...almost like they waiting on you to complaints ao.they can really hook your mayonnaise up....I know people dont wanna work in the USA now a days but if this is what we gonna get let's tear the building down and grow a garden...I'd trust the dirt from the ground better than those ratchet batches with attitudes
