The staff were so nice and polite, the service was fast. You literally cant ask for more when it comes to grabbing lunch. Everything was perfect, and even as I was waiting for my food one of the staff let me know, by name, that it would be up soon. 5 stars all around and next time Im craving arbys I wont go to any other location

You might wait a little long but the people here are AMAZING! They are happy, greet you, and help you with your order. You don’t see customer service like this often. If you’re craving Arby’s, definitely come here.

LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!! All the employees were extremely mannerisms and upbeat! Our order was fast and accurate. Our conversations with the employees were great. Love the music selection too!

So I went to a different arbys today and spent 20.43 and they only gave me 2 of the 6 things I bought and the items i did get were ice cold And I called Noone ever answered. So I stop at this location on west 10th which I close to were I live and a guy named Paul fixed it right away and he even apologized for it even though it wasn't his or his stores fault. And I was standing there and they had this sign on there wall and I had to take a picture it did make me smile after spending all mornin/noonday at doctor I just wanted food and a 🛌 and he didn't have to fix my order they didn't mess it up. But he did.. so thank you Paul! 😊 and arbys at the west 10th street location
