If I could give zero stars I would. The woman at the drive-through window was so rude it was unbelievable. At one point she threatened to come out and take me out because I told her she got my order wrong. I will never go there again. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager in the building. I understand if you can’t handle working at a customer service window you need to be on the line but if you’re going to threaten people because you don’t like being told you’re wrong then you don’t need to be working that job at all.

One of the Worst locations I have ever been to in my life. The employees include the management is extremely Rude to you if they'll even talk to you or look at you while taking your order. The drive through Is a Joke 30 Minutes .. From Ordering to pay 10+ Minutes to the Window to get Food.. And NOT Right !!

Staff is polite food is terribly made. My quarter pounder was flat thin like a piece of paper, bacon was burnt blackened to a crisp. But hey fries are fresh. I always have had issues with this McDonald's. 20 years ago when kids cared about their jobs it was a great place to dine. Now I wouldn't feed the hobo on the corner their food.

I came here early and understand the workers could be tired but that doesn't excuse how they come off towards their customers. The doors were locked so we had to go through the drive thru and the person who took our order sounded bored. When I presented my code upon paying the lady sighed and had a disrespectful tone when talking to us. To top it all off they forgot to give us our juices.

Ordered breakfast at the drive thru. When I pulled up, the man taking money repeated my order incorrectly. When I corrected the order, he said, "That's what I said." I said, "No, it wasn't." He repeated that he had said the order correctly, but he truly did not. He then got very rude with me and stormed off after processing my card. The whole thing was so strange.

Has to be the worst McDonalds in the area. A few times they have shut down during business hours, was told the entire staff was fired one day. No reason was given the 2nd time. This drive through is slower then slow! and I was lucky enough to get food once right before I over heard the cashier being told they were out of hamburgers ... how does that even happen?

Im a truck driver so i cannot go through drive thru. I found a safe place to park far away from the store and on my walk to the store I placed an order on the mobile app and chose the in store, take out option. Most of the time if the lobby is closed this isn't an option at all, so I can't proceed with the transaction. On arrival, the hours on the door show the lobby is open at 11AM (its 2PM). Both doors to the lobby are locked. I ask an employee taking a break outside if he can fetch my order and told him the order. Comes back out and says the manager said sorry. It's drive thru only. Not only did I lose money but was left starving. And no way to cancel order on the app. I advise all to find a better location (Morris st is very nice).
