Lots ok kids showed up shortly after us, not Arbys fault but it became hard to have a conversation.

Apparently, Arby's updated their menu! ordered a Sandwich made by Arby's from 20 years old menu .
The staff had no clue what I was asking for- luckily, the manager did it. He stepped in and he made the Sandwich.
I didn't hear 'frustration, criticism, or we don't carry that - from one person. I was asked to describe the sandwich in detail and impressed he had all the fixings for this Sandwich. The manager recreated it for me!!! At a fair price! My go to Arby's from now on-and I'll keep to newer menu, promise!

I didnt eat inside, I cant really comment on the atmosphere. I wasn't expecting a fine dining experience. Food was hot and tasty. Roast beef, gyro ( pronounced year-oh, not gie-ro 🙄). Also had the crinkle-cut fries...all good! Thanks, I will be back.

The only thing preventing a '5' star is the fact that it's fast food.
You have this one and the one on Crawfordsville Rd, do yourself the favor of going to this one.

I always get the yummy Jalapeño poppers. In this occasion I had an excellent customer experience. The female helping cooked the poppers fresh then brought then to my vehicle. While this is normal at times I really appreciated her professionalism and welcoming energy. If they give their associates accolades this last should get recognition. Good customer service is hard to find now.

I would say one of the better ones to be honest. The roast beef seems a lot better cooked. Some other ones overcooked their beef. The people are nice, and do their job correctly.
