We only go to the taco bell on post road. We have dietary restrictions, and we have never once had to return our order. It is always made correctly.

We stopped by on the way to Kankakee, IL. No inside dining was allowed due to understaffing. The manager did come out and say we could use the online app to order, and he would walk it out. The food was hot and tasty and hopefully they will find some people who need a job.

I have been to five taco bell locations to find the best encheritos. They were not how I remember them. Not enough meat mostly beans. I had to order extra meat and onions and easy beans. Still not right. I finally got ingredients and made my own at home.

It's not everyday that you go to mess around with fast food employees at 2 am, and they play along. I did not do it out of malice, but did it to make their night better. Dreydon, Branden, Josh, and Makiah, handled it extremely well, and it was hilarious the conversations that ensued. They all deserve a raise, and if every other taco bell burnt to the ground aside from this one, I would be okay with it.

I’ve had 2 great experiences at this Taco Bell location in the past month! One in the dining room area and the other in the drive thru. The staff is very friendly, quick service and apologized when i didn’t get service “speedy fast” in the dining area. One lady was hilarious, another moved a chair for me when I was getting a high chair. They seem to be well staffed and make food like the pictures. If I had a complaint, it would be too much, yes too much! On the burritos. Otherwise excellent proportions and kiosk works well. Thank you for going above and beyond

Great taco bell with friendly staff. I drive a box truck so I cant use drive thru, I ordered through the app and they brought it to the door. Today there was a free cheesy toasty burrito promotion and they brought it out with breakfast salsa!
