Mcdonald's

As a visitor from the UK I was thoroughly unimpressed with this branch of McDonald's. Half the self ordering machines were out of order, one of those remaining did not issue a receipt, the other one froze halfway through my trying to place my order. Finally ordered through a REAL person at the counter. My two filet of fish were all OK, but the fries were stone cold and rock hard! Needless to say, I won't be going back! ☹️

It was a typical McDonald's. Food was decent. The only thing I have a problem with is I sat in line being the only person in line for about 10 minutes. I hate to say it but I got a feeling it was a white and black thing. I hate to say that but I really and truly believe it was. But other than that the kids there work pretty good and the food was decent it's McDonald's it's a McDonald's

Shocked, I have never experienced this at a McDonald's. My chicken nuggets had a dirty water taste to them. Two were stuck together via a wet batter, not cooked. My fries were cold, damp and kind of stringy, with a serious uncooked potato taste. Other than the usual no ice cream available issue this is the only issue I have ever had.

I sat waiting for a total of an hour from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. I was just there and the gentleman came out after 20 min of waiting for our food already and asked what we had. They said it wasn’t even on their screen because they served it off. He asked for our receipts and we gave them to him, we had 2 separate orders. Waited more and when they gave us the food, it wasn’t even right! It was completely wrong abd all the food was cold. I tried calling the store but of course no one answered. People are just lazy.
