Employees were on top of it, place was clean, bathrooms clean. I did a mobile order. Something got messed up and no one called my number. When the manager realized what happened he switched my food out for fresh food.

Fries &sandwich was barely warm by the time I pulled onto Southport cold and didn't even eat either of them I couldn't go back because I only had 30 minutes for lunch . I was hungry .

Their breakfast service is usually very fast but like many places, depends on who's working. There's a sweet lady at the drive-thru window usually in the morning and she's been there for a long time, I don't recall her name, I want to say Mary but it's been a while. When she's working, it's smooth.

It's was a pleasant experience at this store the employs are helpful. The store was clean and you dont have to wait all year to get your food. And it was made right the first time. Good job keep the good work up.

It's been about 30 yrs since I have eaten chicken mcnuggets. The ones I had were crispy and delicious. They did forget our dipping sauce though.

The drive-thru experience was very good. We were able to place our order, pay for it and get our food in a timely fashion. The only problem was that the cheeseburgers looked like someone was in a rush to put the toppings on. Half the cheese was falling off the burger as was the ketchup, mustard, pickles and onion. A bit sloppy and messy which is not what I expect from McDonald's.
