A young lady waited on me in the Drive-Thru window and she was just so pleasant and so nice and my stuff had to be fried and so I had to wait but that was worth it and she was very prompt with it and it was just such a nice experience even though I had to wait

Wow, when did it get so expensive to eat at Arby's? Bought two small meals and a kids meal. It was $32. We could have went to an actual sit down restaurant for that.. Service was okay and the food came out pretty quickly.

We were asked to wait before placing our order, the gentleman said they were understaffed. In my opinion, completely understandable. We were in the drive through for about 20 min, they only had three people working, but they were kind, and I could see they were working as hard as they could. The food was fresh and warm, couldn't of been happier, we had food for a family of six
