The staff is very hard working and friendly! The burgers are juicy and delicious. I have been a fan of this Steak N Shake for years. Getting faster and cleaner every visit.
I would highly recommend stopping by this location for a chocolate milkshake.
I tried the Kit Kat milkshake today and it actually tastes like the candy bar.
So far I love this location and the one in Bloomington.

This was the worst ever . Had to return 3 times and the order was still wrong . Plus the phone does not work . Tried calling MD . still no luck . COST A LOT TO NOT GET ANY THING RIGHT 3 TIMES🤬

I have to get used to the Covid implemented features such as s of ordering and pay then to be seated by a person and then you have to get back up and go get your drink and all of your condiments. It just seems like a giant nightmare if y’all were to become busy, even in the slightest.

I went through the drive-thru last night. The guy at the window was awesome! Everything was made right and delicious! Garlic burger was so good and fries were crispy!
