How this location stays in business is beyond me. The food is fine, for KFC standards i guess. But their always out of everything, and at times up to 15 minute wait for the chicken. Like seriously isn't that what you sell, and you don't even have that ready. Should close it down and turn it into a Popeye's

I have went here 2 days in a row around 7pm trying to order food and they are always claiming they are out of whatever it is I try to order then tell me I should call ahead to see if they have it but when I call no one answers...I think the night crew just might be lazy because I never have issues when i go in the day time other than the fact they usually forget the cookie that comes with my order or I have to pull around and wait awhile for my food to be done...apparently the lady on the night crew claims they stop making pot pies after 6:30pm even though they don't even close until 10pm so the 3 stars are for the day crew because at least they do their job

I ordered ahead online, when I got there I had an 8 minute wait on biscuits. No worries I pulled around to wait. While waiting the kid at the drive thru couldn't even set down his phone long enough to pass out food or change and was doing so while still having a cell phone in his hands. I wait 10 minutes and finally get my food, I get home and find no gravy on my mashed potatoes, the biscuits are mostly raw and doughy. No sauce at all for the 12 piece tender meal I ordered, no butter or honey, no napkins, no plastic silverware for the 2 famous bowls either. I don't mind waiting for hot, fresh food; but raw food and employees digging in their armpits while playing on their phone just bit much coming from someone who has worked in food service for years. My own child won't apply at this location for a job for fear he will work with laziness and have to pick up slack.

Food was just, eh. We had to pull around and wait about 5 minutes for chicken strips after we had asked for all legs in our 8 piece meal to which we were told "no" with no offering of how many legs we could have and if we had to wait anyway, why not throw a few more legs in the fryer? Once we got our food it was all about room temperature, not hot, and nothing impressive at all.
