Panera Bread

Ordered a bagel pack today. This is not a trivial achievement for a Panera to complete. They have to select the bagels, slice them (or not), pack them, and include 2 cream cheese tubs, +/- utensils. Some Panera employees do have difficulty executing on this—but not here! Was in & out relatively quickly, and the server was very friendly. Only complaint is that the location is tucked away in a relatively low-visibility place.

I’m not one to write reviews because I know hot it affects business, but come on… These avocados are nearly black… this picture was even taken 10 minutes after we picked up our food. I understand that avocados are hard to get right now, but if they look like this then don’t serve them. And on top of that, DON’T charge extra for a black avocado. I’m seriously disgusted… I would give 0 stars if I could.

Well, my experience up to this point was decent other than the wait times. I had a 5⭐ reveiw up before this, but today wasn't great. I ordered 2 cinnamon crunch bagels, sliced and toasted, with 1 plain cream cheese. And the photo is what I got. My bagels were thrown in the bag, not even put together. One was toasted and the other wasn't. Because they weren't put together in the bag, the toasted one was cold by the time I pulled over to eat it in the parking lot....

I am very disappointed in my experience with Panera Bread. Here are some pictures of the sandwich I ordered and the sandwich I got. It was supposed to be a grilled Mac n cheese and it wasn’t grilled at all, just regular pieces of bread and there was hardly anything in the middle. As you can see, the sandwich looks nothing like the picture on the menu. For the price you pay, this is ridiculous. The other item I ordered was the new pepperoni pizza flatbread and there was hardly any cheese on it and the pepperoni was all slid over to one side. (We had it flat the whole time so it didn’t slide in the car). I liked Panera before, but $20 for what I got was not worth it. I don’t recommend.

Most of the food was pretty good. I really liked dipping the bread in the corn chowder. The chips for the soup were stale. Our cashier was like an emotionless robot who couldn't wait to end her shift. They forgot a croissant in our bag. All the other workers were cheerful and helpful. We miss Kneaders. We'd also love to see Zuppa's come to this area.

Ordered in drive thru....The food was good! Portions are too small for the high price! But again the food was good! I ordered broccoli cheddar soup and a salad that had fruit in it. only thing I didn't like was that they just threw my bread in the sack it wasn't wrapped it wasn't in a container. They just put it in the sack down in between the containers of the other food and with covid being so rampant I just thought that was really tacky and unhealthy! They could have least wrap the bread in something or placed 8n a food container and not just thrown it in there just naked! Also, bread wasn't fresh!....other than that it was... it was good! Overall Rating: 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
