Lovely North Indian Punjabi food and mithai. Nice people, too.
Bread pakora and tikki chaat reminds you of Delhi.

With a totally vegetarian menu full of authentic Punjabi classics, this restaurant is a must-try. However, while one can sit-in and have a nice lunch, this restaurant truly shines as a takeaway; offering the best savoury snacks in Indian cuisine. A walk down Ilford Lane wouldn't be complete without these pakoras!

Went to Ilford so thought I’d Buy some Jalebi which tasted great. Also brought Samosa was a bit disappointed as they have changed their size and also the Imly chutney was small and different then they use to make.

I love this place. It is very clean and pleasant to be in. You really feel that the owners take pride in their food.
The vegetarian food is excellent. We ordered cauliflower paratha, aloo paratha and halva puri. On the day we went they had a limited menu because of diwali.
The puri and paratha were made to order so really fresh and delicious.
Can't wait to go back when the full menu is available.

Very tasty chhole bhature, amritsari paratha and paneer paratha. Lassi was thick and creamy and not too sweet. Masala chai was okay, could've had some ginger to make it amazing. Felt that kachori, samosa and nankhataee were a little under-baked. We were lucky to get a seat upon arrival. Short waiting time after ordering. Food arrived hot and aromatic. Bhature were not oily. Parathe had the correct amount of butter. Quantity of chhole was perfect. Loved my brunch and will return for sure!
