Wrong Fund Transfer - Resolved in 4 Working Days- Thx 2 ICICI Staff - Ridhika Lahari & Shaik Mahboob Hi All, Firstly This brank is located in b/w SR Nagar Metro Pillar 138 & 139 n Next to SR Bus Stop, Via Metro better to get down at SR Metro, and please update pin location in Google Maps I was Victim of wrong fund transfer to a dormant account. I raised this issue with Yelahanka New Town Branch on 21st Nov 2022 in-person. and was juggling n following up almost 4 weeks from Bangalore Staff and I will get answer its in process, but what process no clue. Finally I got a chance to go Hyderabad so below miracle happened I reached post office hours like 4 PM and tense whether they will allow me to convey, I requested staff to allow to explain my situation. Mr. Shaik Mahboob was in charge of my request ID is very understanding n patience guy, he immediately spoke to his manager Ms. Ridhika Lahari (who already left for the day but supported via call) and gave me a indemnity form as asked to get Rs.200 Franking Which usually done at Mytrivanam Shop 19. I immediately rushed but unfortunately staff was not available for next 3 days. As it was already late, and falling to next day. Following day I went to Revathi Franking @ KPHB (landmark is NTR Statue back line, n u can make a call n go, n carry cash (or) u can done getting from Panjagutta PS backside as per information from staff) done franking in 2 minutes and went to ICICI SR Nagar branch around 11 AM. Ms. Ridhika Lahari listen my situation carefully n I explained how wrongly amount was transferred to wrong ICICI Account. She was satisfied with my answers and informed that they also tried to reach out to that account customer via given number n email and its in Vain as that account is inactive from long time. I told for all the way I came from Bangalore. She took all details and within half an hour required formalities completed [please carry Aadhaar card as photo ID proof] and they said within 3 to 4 working days amount will be credited As Promised they said it was closed in 3 working days and I got my money back. Same work Bangalore team would also should have initiated, but they didn't do it, not sure why they don't want to take risk of their 15 years old trust worthy customer Thanks for Ridhika Lahari and Shaik Mahboob for being patience, keeping trust, and helping me in smooth transfer back my hard earn money

FYI..I visited ICICI begumpet branch to close my personal loan today, they said Laon server down in entire ICICI dept.Then I visited SR nagar branch and came to know server is good to use.Bit surprised

It's bank brach opened recently.Probably 2 yrs back. The good thing about this icici branch is, it has ample car and 2 wheeler park. Other branches of icici or other banks, don't have parking facilities. Parking facility is plus point for this branch. There won't be much rush at any rate time of day here. That's another cool thing about this place. It has an atm and cash deposit machine inside premises
