Food was really good. Buffet was available but we ordered from the menu. Staff here is so polite.

Decent seating area. Good service. Both buffet and à la carte options are available. Food is tasty and prepared fresh. Cheese Masala Omelette was served with potato wedges and charred tomato. Hakka Noodles, Thai Curry and Jasmine rice were very good. Portion size is small. Prices are on high side. Buffet has good spread of fruits and curries, but desserts were average.

went here for a dinner buffet. I must say that after a long long time we have had a fulfilling evening. Amara is one of the very few 5 star hotel restaurants that has kept up its charm and hospitality post lock down. Over the months we have otherwise been disappointed with most 5 star hotels with their deteriorating quality of food, variety and service on the pretext of lockdown. Kudos to Amara for their exceptional service and warmth. Every person in their team was focused on delighting the customers.
The food was delicious and the variety was decent. We had loads of fun!

This was lunch buffet, Mercure was my most visited place at least monthly once due to my official meetings,
Coming to cayenne I love the ambience, this time some Rajasthani theme was going on, food is really good, veg and non veg both, desserts are plenty, make sure u cover all,
I’m a food lover that makes me enjoy all varieties, again this might vary from person to person,
Parking is good, place is quite calm and good for families or friends gathering, food is also good, have a visit and enjoy ur time 😍
