Dunkin' Donuts

Last Thursday my mom and I came to dunkin, mind you we have been coming to this dunkin FOR YEARS. We order donuts and SPECIFICALLY 2 sweetened iced teas. As we’re being given the teas we notice one is darker than the other. We pull away and pull into the lot and taste the one… I am a heavy coffee drinker and as soon as I tasted it I knew it was black coffee with NO ICE. Just black coffee… we go to return and get a new one. Also on this day when we were ordering the girl who took our order seemed like she was high on something. We had to repeat ourselves numerous times for only 4 items. Today I go back and ask for hash browns, 2 bagels, donuts, and a LARGE SWEET TEA ONCE AGAIN. I had to repeat myself more than once because it was the same girl. She proceeds to ask me after I order the sweet tea if I want it hot or iced? Are you kidding? Long story short I get my food and half of it it there and I had to ask for the rest. I get the tea immediately noticed the color and tasted it and it was GREEN TEA UNSWEETENED. I don’t know if your staff are high or just HORRIBLE at their jobs. Get it together .

My husband ordered me a Cappucino with Almond Milk at the drive through. Did not check it until we got home... it's not a cappuccino.... at best, it a black coffee with a splash of milk or something. No telling what's in it and considering my dairy allergies, I can't risk drinking the thing. Huge waste of money!

Most of the employees are super sweet, there is one older lady in particular who is extremely lazy and expects you to reach all the way in the drive through window to get your drinks or food. The quality of some of the food here is horrible as well the ham and cheese melt is always way to salty and soggy, the coffee can either be really good or taste burnt. Hit or miss.

I go there every morning to get my usual and the people in the morning are lightly rude I ready don't know why. Sometimes I don't get what I ask for and sometimes I get my stuff thrown in the bag like they don't care mostly the donuts itself. The glaze get stuck in the bag I really 👎that. Not going to this location anymor.
