Sonic Drive-in

So I ordered a yellow cake batter shake. This is what it looked like. I didn’t get a picture of the nuts, I’m guessing peanuts, in it. Thank goodness I’m not allergic to nuts. Obviously they don’t wash their equipment between orders. I won’t even start on the way the staff looked and how the guy sounded on the drive thru speaker. I felt like I was interrupting his nap, I definitely wasn’t interrupting his shower. Between the gross staff and the gross product, needless to say, I won’t be back.

Food was cold and nasty. I would not have been so up set because I understand that they were super short staffed Manger and carhop only but when I asked for napkins he was super rude ur not supposed to come in here.well I worked sonic for 6 years and managed 2 of them. I know people Walk in all the time we were trained to be polite and helpful no rude and yell.

I bought a medium cherry limeade at this sonic. I dranked a little if it , the taste was great. I made a stop before I got home and when I got back in the car I picked up the cup to take a drink. That's when I noticed something black on the lid. I tried to get it off and realized it was on the inside. When I removed the top there was black stuff floating in my drink. When I got home I poured it into another white cup to see if I could figure out what it was. I'm still not sure. I called the Sonic to make them aware and the guy I spoke to seemed more interested in getting off the phone than being concerned about what this nasty stuff was in my cup. I suggest you always take your tops off and inspect your drink before drinking it!
