When you come to Cascades, get the waffles! Some of the best homemade waffles I have ever had. I think there's coconut mixed in the flour mix. They were soo good and I don't like coconut generally.

The Cascades is a nice sandwich shop with good coffee, and a nice selection of cold beverages. Despite being there during lunch hours, the service was fast and sandwiches were very good.

Wooooooof must go to The Cascades. Tried multiple breakfast items and everything was spectacular. Best breakfast in Hudson. A trip wouldn't be complete without trying their famous waffles. No idea what they're made of, but they are something else. Staff is super welcoming as well.

Got one of their vegetarian sandwiches to go. I believe it was called the catamount. Good ingredients, fresh bread, but the sandwich was a mess. Ingredients falling out everywhere, the pickle spear they included made some of the bread soggy.
I've gotten mixed reviews from people on this place and I can understand why. I'll try it again and see if my sandwich is made better next time.

Food is great and healthy options. Staff really nice, fast and efficient. Great place to eat. Wish there was a few more tables outside and open a little longer

Wow this place was absolutely amazing! The environment is warming, the service is great and the food was delicious!!!! Wow. I am staying for the week and I will be visiting this place every single day until I leave. Thank you guys! Great food once again.
