Subway

I recently visited this Subway location and the customer service was horrible. I stood in line behind a couple awaiting my turn. As the associate Skylar is finishing up there order a lady walks up towards the front of the line and stands there. Skylar finished the couple’s order and checked them out. She then goes to the young lady whom had just walked up to take her order not even acknowledging that I was there. The young lady says to her “I believe she was first”. Skylar then comes over to me takes my order, makes my sandwich, wraps it and slams it on the counter then goes back to the young lady to prepare her food. I at that time chose to walk off because I felt like I wasn’t a priority enough to this associate to finish taking care of me before moving on to the next. Customer service is everything. I have been in the customer service industry for years and the first rule of thumb is the 10 second rule and that’s to acknowledge your customer. I feel that your associate Skylar needs a refresher on customer service and how vital it is to your store.

Worst Subway experience I've ever had! I ordered a6inch BMT and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. I took my food to my husband's room. My soup was ICE cold! So back to Subway I go. The girl behind the counter was busy on her phone so it took her a second or two to realize I was there. She nuked my soup. Back to room I went. Soup was not hot but warm enough to eat. Open my sub and took a big bite. OMG! Instead of sweet peppers I had hot peppers!! I had to throw my sub out because due to a stomach issue I can't have anything spicy. Total waste of money.
