Zaxby's

We drove thru, our order was perfect. The service was great! Omaria was patient, friendly, and got our order perfect! The chicken was flavorful and juicy on the inside, fries seasoned well, and the fried cheese tasted awesome!!!! The grilled Asian salad was fresh and so tasty. We will definitely go back.

It was very good! It was a slow Sunday afternoon around 3:30, and it still took 20+ mins to get our food. Normally not an issue except I was starving ha ha ha. That said, it was also super fresh so that helped. The food was good, better than expected. We've never been to a Zaxby's. The fried pickles were amazing but there were so so few for nearly $5 that I don't think I'd order them again. The chicken was different than any other chicken strip I've ever had but I liked it! Really enjoyed the hot honey mustard! I usually hate fries, esp crinkle cut fries but these were pretty good!

1st time to Zaxby's, heard the sauce is great. Well, it wasn't busy. Floors and tables were dirty. 1 table at the front was full of toys, but no one was there. New guy on the register but he wasn't an issue he said it's a new system and his second day so it was not a bad thing. It did take about 15 minutes from the time we paid for it and The Time They called our order. I expected more I guess because it took a while but the fries were not hot and fresh, the chicken tenders were okay but again not fresh. The crispy crunchies of the breading were inedible. That's another reason I knew they weren't fresh once they were opened up and dipped into the sauce it helped now I understand why people were telling me the sauce was great... without the sauce they would be terrible. The fries were not freshly cooked. The coleslaw was good & the tea was good. They do NOT Have any sweetener other than sugar. No Yellow, blue, green or pink NON-SUGAR sweetener. I was glad I had my own. I can not recommend this place. We did have an extremely obese little girl that popped around the back corner on occasion. She had a great smile & sparkly eyes.

I fell in love with Zaxby’s years ago. The Zaxby’s Buffalo Blue Zalad was my favorite for the longest!! It is still great but now I love the wing and tender combo. Their food has been very consistent over the years so that I can appreciate! Their food is always fresh and hot. I love the eclectic aesthetic of their restaurants. Very warm and welcoming! They get a thumbs up from me!!
