I visited the Ben & Jerry's in Time Square, New York. Xavier (manager) and his team were high spirited and ready to serve. The store was clean, well lit, and cozy. I couldn't make up my mind right away, because everything looked delicious! Xavier made some suggestions and allowed me to sample some flavors.
I finally settled on Vanilla Bean, on a chocolate cone . It was fresh, creamy, and yummy! It was so good, I went back the next day and got 2 more scoops!!

We stopped for some ice cream tonight. It was packed with only 1 employee, but that didn’t stop her. Her name is Brittany and she was so patient, so kind. I hope management see this and show her some recognition 🙏 You don’t find people like this too often. Please make sure you value her!!

Kirby Dr. Location: SuMaiya was very professional allowed me and my family to try different samples before choosing a flavor. Then after paying immediately offered us water after finding out that we walked there. She was very sweet and I would love to come back and do business with her.

Had a craving for ice cream and decided to visit this place. The staff was helpful in helping me pick a flavor. We ordered Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough in a cone and Hot Fudge Sundae. They were yummy! Prices are also reasonable.

Ben & Jerry's is always good no matter where you go but the manager and employees running this store are just awesome! They show they care a lot about the people coming in. They offered samples and suggestions to me since I honestly had no idea which flavors to get. They also accidentally charged me for something I hadn't ordered but fixed it immediately and even comped me with a free cookie! Talk about awesome customer service! I'll definitely be back to this store soon and they also play some pretty dope music! Prices are what you'd expect from B&J but i got a small ice cream cup and it was about 6 bucks with tax.

Drove by and saw their cute little Ben & Jerry’s truck and had to make a quick stop! The staff was so kind and friendly. The establishment was very well kept. They had many flavors and items to chose from in their fridge. They had so many flavors to chose from too for the cones and shakes. I ended up getting a small Oreo dipped cone with Milk & Cookies ice cream. It was about $10 but it comes with 2 scoops. (I only did one scoop and still paid the same price because I knew I wouldn’t finish the 2 scoops) I had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back to try one of their shakes!
