Nice place , very fast service , very clean always , And I want to mention about this team member In the picture , he is always very humble , fast service and Multi task while making coffee he take over other order , very fast service i been there 4 times and this guy was doing amazing job , thanks cafe Nero
Hi I just came here today to say that Kiran who was working around 3:45pm - 4pm was so good as his job! He was the only person who was working and to me was unacceptable as I'm coming from hospitality as well. He was so smooth and everything was perfect. I don't know this guy but who hired him should be lucky to have him.

I ordered a ICED honey oat latte online, and when my order came it was a HOT drink, not what I ordered, the receipt said iced but yet I did not in fact receive a iced latte. I don't like hot drinks. I urge you to read your orders next time
Kiran is a champ when it comes to customer service, never in hurry and always ready to help. Coffee tastes better when such warmth is shown by the staff.
