Subway

I hadn't been to Subway for at least 6 months, and when I choose a location this is the one I go to because of the convenience. I have always had great service, and the food has always been what one would expect. However I ordered the Subway Club foot long for the first time, and it was the best sub I have ever had. Service was phenomenal. I ordered 3 subs online (the other two for other people and dropped them off at their house so can't review on their purchases). Drove to the drive up window, let them know why I was there. Was told to drive up to the door and they would bring it out. The sandwiches were immediately brought out to my car window, they still felt warm even though I was almost a half hour later then the scheduled time to pick up that I scheduled. The young lady that brought them out to me (sorry I don't know her name) was smiling, handed them to me and we exchanged pleasantries. All around great experience. Thank you

This subway is by far the worst in town... I order ahead alot as I work just up the street and they never have the sandwich done in the time it says (it gives 20 min) they almost always miss ingredients and today my sandwich was shoved into some brown paper bags and when I got back to work the sandwich was inedible... the cheese and everything was stuck to the bag and it no longer even resembled a sandwich... called and the assistant manager said she could remake it if I came back but I don't have time on my break... refused to even issue a refund... this is disgusting and as a pregnant woman who craves subway I will not be back... I don't really understand how they thought treating other people's food like that is ok, but I will be contacting the actual store manager to make sure they realize how much this store messes up and how unacceptable this last visit is...

This place is very clean, and the staff are very pleasant, very friendly and will put a smile on your face. I have been to many subways here in Hot Springs and other states. They were nothing compared to this Subway on Central Ave next to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Thank you to the guys that I told I wanted a 12-foot subway when I meant 12 inch. Lol. They were awesome.

Ordered online today 3-26, got there to pick it up waiting for them to bring it to my car, an SUV pulls up besides me and they get their food before us, no problem. Guy gets out of their SUV after a few minutes and takes a Subway bad back inside then cones out a couple minutes later. They bring our order to our car and we drive home, should have looked at it first, both sandwiches had been unwrapped and you could tell they didn't come that way. Already home, don't feel like dealing with trying to get sandwiches replaced that were delivered to the wrong person. In the trash, can't believe they gave us sandwiches that were delivered to the wrong car and were unwrapped. Done with subway.
