Food is good, but service was slow and lackluster, but that seems to be the theme among fast food places right now as so few people want to work. It's fine, just don't expect anything special. The parking lot is horrible - I feel like it was designed by a European - really hard to get into those parking spots

Hey I absolutely received what I ordered here, I always have my sandwich different than what is made typically. My altered Reuben was unsurpassed today, just really perfect. I called and expressed this to the manager which before I let her know how GREAT the Reuben was she responded "what was wrong" of course I kind of misled her for a second. Thank you for the sandwich

I ordered 1 buffalo slider and a large curly fry. As I do everywhere, I politely asked for FRESH FOOD! Two stars got lost when I was handed a bag of cold food. I told the young lady that I specifically asked for freshly cooked food. She threw out the fries and left the slider in the bag as she supposedly made fresh fries and lost another star. I get back to my hotel room and find the fries only fill the container half way and the chicken in the slider was a dried out cold mess! If I could give 1 tenth of a star, that's all this Arbys is worth. Even in a whole other state Arbys can't get it right! Way to NOT impress a first time visitor to Hot Springs Arkansas.
